2021 Willow White

The 2021 Willow White has a bigger helping of Roussanne than previous vintages, lending itself to a lusciously full bodied, creamy mouthfeel coupled with notes on bruised stone fruit and toasty brioche bread. The bouquet is full and jumps out of the glass with aromas of ripe summer honeysuckle. Aged for 22 months in 60% new French oak barrels. 105 cases produced. Enjoy now through 2028.
