2021 Willow's Tickled Pink

Our beautiful Rosé is made from 100% Grenache. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delightful bouquet of red plum and peach blossom. The Grenache was left on the skins for a day and a half giving way to gorgeous flavors of strawberry and watermelon rind balanced with crisp acidity. This wine is unfiltered giving it the deep pink hue and amazing texture. Pairs wonderfully with a soft cheese plate or Chicken Satay with a spicy peanut sauce.  Drink now!  Cases produced 130.
